Donald Martin (“Don”) has enjoyed serving clients with exceptional results for more than 20 years. He has won numerous awards for his level of production, and client satisfaction. Don has achieved this high return on his efforts by continually focusing on the true needs of his clients and earns their trust to develop long-term relationships by providing an impeccable level of service
Mr. Martin has been trained by some of the largest corporations in the United States, mentored some of the finest professions in their field, and holds certifications in Data Network Sales, Professional Selling, and Consulting Sales. His business experience includes Sales Management & Training, Product Planning, Procurement & Development, Multi-Media Production, Telecommunication & Data Solutions, Marketing, Employee Leasing, Real Estate Financing and Business Banking
Don served with small to global companies in positions such as Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Market Development Director, HR Manager, and Relationship Manager

Mr. Martin served on the board of directors of local non-profit organizations, invested several years teaching Martial Arts to children and adults, and currently is the President, Founder and Managing Member of Martech Solutions LLC (a small business marketing and HR consulting company). Don continues to enjoy active leadership roles in the community.
Born and residing in the greater Miami Valley area most of his life, Don, along with his wife, and their three children have a passion to make a positive impact within their neighborhood and within the cities they work, serve and play
Don oversees operations of the organization and serves as the Relationship Manager for Martech Solutions LLC,. He consults and advises clients in areas of marketing, technology, finance, and human resources. He is passionate about discovering ways to help businesses grow, reduce costs, save the priceless element of time, and reduction of employer risk.

JENNIFER D MARTIN |

Jennifer Martin has enjoyed serving clients for more than 15 years. She too has demonstrated a record of results and building trusted advisor relationships with her clients. So well that she may be seen hosting dinners, birthday celebrations and other special events with past and current clients. An Ohio State Alumni, she holds a Minor in Marketing and a Major in Consumer Affairs. Her business experience includes Multi-Media & Print Advertising Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, and Credit & Collections.
Jennifer served with small to global companies in positions such as Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, and Marketing Manager.
Mrs. Martin served in leadership roles with non-profit organizations, and children education assistance promotion programs. Jennifer has tutored elementary children for many years and serves with caring & teaching children at her local church. In addition, Mrs. Martin has helped many start up and existing companies and non-profit organizations with advertising solutions that has grown their businesses and advanced their causes.

Jennifer grew up in Northern Ohio, accepted a career in the Columbus after college, and later moved to the Greater Miami Valley for career advancement where she eventually met Don Martin in church. Two years after they met, they were married and decided to settled down in Southern Miami Valley, Ohio area.
Jennifer serves as the marketing analysist specialist for Martech Solutions LLC,. She reviews small business industry segments, provides analysis, feedback, and assists the Relationship Manager in recommending the best product and service. She knows how to market a company and an idea. She is always discovering a business leader that is interested in saving time, money and reducing risk. |
