• Through our PEO relationship and co-employment offering our PEO becomes your Human Resources department

• Another option is our ASO offering to where Martech HR is retained as the outsourced HR department outside of the co-employment model.

• We allow the business owner to focus on their core competency, and doing what they do best

• We save the business owner time, distraction by handling their HR tasks, payroll, employee benefits, and risk management

• We save client's money as we become the small business owner's HR experts to their specific industry. We can compliment a business owner's existing on staff or become that outsourced staff for without them having to hire an additional HR person or staff.  The business owner calls the PEO and/or us, or has the PEO visit on site as and when the need arises.
